"We stayed one night. We had bed and breakfast package. We checked in. The room was super cold A/C was there but it was never turned on. Around 21 o ‘clock we went to take shower. In the beginning we had warm water but it didn’t last longer. Then there was just cold water. I called to reception if there is any problem. They said, after 21 there isn’t warm water until 6 am. I requested if they can open warm water for a while just to finish the shower. They said wait 5 min and turn on the tape to the left hand side, you should get warm water. 30 min nothing happened. I was frustrated and call them again they should you should get warm water. I called third time nothing happened. One guy came to check but he couldn’t do anything and left the room. We had dinner at the restaurant 1300rs and worst Nepalese set we ever had. Breakfast wasn’t anything special neither delicious. Obviously same thing in the morning, we get little bit warm water and it was finished. Didn’t stay in the shower for 10 min. Called to reception to report but the front office manager didn’t do anything about it. Later I went to reception to say about it, the front office manager was there, he did nothing. He didn’t know how to keep customer happy while later he was teaching students how FO works. Imaging students learning from a manager who doesn’t know how to make his customer happy. I would never recommend this place to anyone with that much money. You can get much better room, with swimming pool and sauna, delicious breakfast at aloft. Pretty much same amount of money. Clearly such a greedy from the management or from manager to save electricity, by turning off ac and hot water."

Whether you're into local cuisine or international dishes, the hotel offers Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed, from a comfortable room to child-friendly dining options. It made our short stay very pleasant and hassle-free. If you're looking for a hotel that serves amazing food and provides a family-friendly environment, this is definitely the place to go. We had a wonderful time and will like to return for another stay"

"Location was perfect with views of the snow covered peaks. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff was extremely helpful and polite.The manager of the resort,Mr Arjun Gautam was available at all times to guide,assist and chat with.He kept an eye on all the activities happening and was involved in the day-to-day running of the place.All the staff were very accomodating and prompt with any wishes or desires. A wee bit more comfort is required for people on wheelchaira so that access to all areas is easy.Even though staff did their best in my mother's case,perhaps a smoother ramp all around would be extremely beneficial.Otherwise,place is excellent and a pleasure to stay at."
