"We cancelled a confirmed and fully paid room for New Year's Eve from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026! We flew in from far away to celebrate New Year's at this hotel. We paid everything in advance and received confirmation of our reservation and payment. Then, on December 31, 2025, at lunchtime, we were shocked to learn that our reservation had been cancelled and our money would not be refunded. Not only was my New Year's Eve ruined, but also my engagement. I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on New Year's Eve. They ruined all our plans, which we had been preparing for a month. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me what kind of review I should leave for this hotel?"

"When you walk into the hotel, you feel like you are entering a green forest, and the huts are very exotic. Especially the swimming pool, crystal clear and very clean. After staying for 3 days, the hotel arranged for staff to tidy up the room and sheets every day. The towels were changed every day. The shower area was spacious, smell-free and very warm. The lady at the front desk was patient and always arranged everything for us with a charming smile. I highly recommend both the environment and the service. I will choose it again next time."

"What deserves the most praise is the exceptionally clean and well-maintained interior of this homestay, comparable to the Japanese guesthouses we stayed in during our travels in Japan. We later learned that the host had indeed lived in Japan. The host also put great care into the meals. Breakfast is generous and varied daily, and the coffee-making experience in the morning sunlight is delightful. Lunch and dinner are equally impressive, with visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious dishes reflecting a high standard of cooking. The attentive and thoughtful service further leaves a lasting impression."
