In particular, it gave me an unexpected surprise: a hotel of this price is equipped with exquisite white porcelain Kung Fu tea sets, and the tea prepared for guests is even more unexpected. I have never tasted such delicious tea in a hotel (whether it is a small package of green tea or black tea) - of course, this includes many five-star hotels. The boss's management is attentive in all aspects, which is even more evident. I absolutely believe that such a boss and team can do anything right! I sincerely wish the hotel good luck!"

"I came here based on the reviews on Ctrip, and it turned out to be the worst experience of my trip around Hainan. The toilet had a strong urine smell. I told the hotel about the problem when I went out to eat, and they promised to clean it thoroughly. But when I came back, I found that it had not been solved at all, and they just sprayed some perfume to cover it up. How could it cover up the pungent and fragrant smell? It was amazing! The whole corridor was filled with this smell. I guess all the rooms are like this, with a hint of urine in the perfume. It doesn't help to close the toilet door when sleeping at night. It's painful 😖"

"I've never given a bad review before. The day I checked in was okay. The next morning, breakfast was in another building, but the entrance was completely blocked by a car. I waited at the door for a while but couldn't get through. Then a staff member suggested I just go around it from the outside. I was wondering why they didn't just have the driver move the car instead of making me go around? I didn't think much of it and figured I could just go around. But after breakfast, the car was still there. I was thinking, if you're moving things, can't you at least move the car a little further forward, enough for someone to pass? And that driver's parking skills are really something else!"

"It's acceptable for a tour group to stay temporarily, but not for personal use. I originally planned to stay a few more days because it's closest to my relatives' house, but I won't be coming back. First, the advantages: the room is spacious, the air conditioning is powerful, the shower has a strong water flow, the mattress is comfortable, and the lady who helped me change rooms was very friendly. The problems are that the house looks like an old, abandoned building that's been renovated; everything looks old and worn. It's like the ones I used when I was a child… The wall switches are either not working or don't match the labels. The smart speaker can't turn off the lights; it's practically useless. The toilet and towels are stained, the nightlight under the bed either flickers constantly or doesn't work at all, and small flying insects crawl out of the wallpaper gaps; they fly onto the screen after I look at my phone at night—it's driving me crazy."
