Compared with first-tier cities, the room area is large and suitable for business trips. But when I wanted to take a shower and sleep, I found that there was no anti-theft chain and anti-lock. I called to inquire and found that the room phone was just a decoration and the call could not be connected. I searched for the phone on Ctrip and the phone on Ctrip could not be dialed. Later, I asked the customer service and got the phone number to change the room. Because there was a shortage of staff during the Chinese New Year, there were not so many king-size rooms, so they were changed to twin rooms. Then the air conditioner did not respond. I called the front desk and the front desk said it would be fine in a while. I waited until the next morning and it was still cold. In this weather in Hunan, there is no air conditioning, no heating, and nothing to keep warm. I was frozen all night. You should also know that the thickness of the hotel quilt is average. I went to have breakfast the next day. There was only a soup noodle for breakfast. The front desk was hard to describe. You can say that there was nothing.
