"The good service of all the front desk staff (e.g., xiao li, gan yu, xiao huang and the lady wearing glasses) and house keeping staff on 5th floor (my feedback on guests' noise and cigarette smoke was dealt with promptly) more than makes up for the older facilities and rather unfriendly hotel design to elderly/handicap persons, e.g., steep slopes. To be fair, it is a hotel built in the 1980s and probably undergone a major renovation quite sometime ago. It is generally reliable for first time or repeat visitors to Dongshan Island. The toothbrush, comb, shampoo and bath gel are of good quality. The breakfast staff are also friendly and helpful. And the tea twigs air purifiers placed on each floor are great! In summary, this is a hotel with good software."

"It is a newly renovated hotel located on the main road, close to the expressway entrance. There is no high-speed rail station on Dongshan Island, so being close to the expressway entrance means being close to the high-speed rail station. It is suitable for people who are in a hurry. The hotel lobby is grand, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the guest room design is warm and practical. The only drawback is that there are too many people and it is too busy, and the parking lot is large and crowded."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, it is close to key attractions and very convenient for getting around and buying things. The technology in the hotel is impressive, the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable in the room and the hotel lobby. As a nice bonus, the room also came with automatic curtains and a modern washroom (motion sensor activated, and auto seat warming). The food at the hotel was great, had various options and the seafood served was extremely delicious and fresh. "It can't be called a hotel, it can only be called a regular B&B. Check-in at the front desk requires an electricity card and a deposit, and an extra bottle of mineral water also costs money. This is the way the business is done throughout Dongshan. The cleanliness of the room cannot be scrutinized. The toiletries are just lying around. There is water on the bathroom floor and there are used tissues on the bedside."

Parking in the parking lot is also very cheap. The boss and front desk staff have very good service, and any questions are answered quickly."

"The most correct decision on this trip is to choose this homestay! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed. The decoration style is very tasteful. It is a blockbuster 📸. The room hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and the landlord is super good. Not only did he post a guide, but also recommended the alley food known to local talents, which is much better than the net red store! "Independent entrance, quiet and clean room, comfortable mattress, and convenient for ordering takeout. The pool and children's facilities are great. You can rent electric scooters within the hotel for 30 yuan for 3 hours, and shared electric scooters are available at the hotel entrance starting at 3 yuan, but often cost 6 yuan if you're not careful, which is a bit pricey. The beach is just 100 meters from the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient! Breakfast is excellent. If you have your own cooking pot, you can drive to Xipu Central Market to buy seafood ingredients. The prices are decent, but the scales might not always be accurate."

"There's no space in the room to even put a kettle. The breakfast was incredibly basic, and the service was terrible. We came down to eat at 9:20, and the service staff immediately started clearing everything away at exactly 9:30, without even asking if we wanted anything. The experience was extremely poor! The location, being on the edge of the village, was at least quiet (as shown in the picture)."

"A very reassuring hotel. When I entered the lobby, I happened to meet a group of civil servants who were studying in the party and government organs. I checked in in the lobby and went to the room. You can drive or take a trampoline to the scenic spot. There are breakfast shops, convenience stores and a small vegetable market nearby. Although it is not on the main road, the atmosphere is quite strong. The environment is very design-oriented. There is a cafe downstairs, rooms upstairs, and there is an elevator! The white and simple style may not be enough in the room in winter. The only inconvenience is that the water heater has a small capacity. If you wash your hair for a long time, it may be cold. The customer service girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. You can feel that she is sincerely recommending strategies for you. I sincerely welcome you to come again. The strategy sent to me is very useful, and there are also shared daily necessities such as facial cleansers, body lotions, and cotton swabs on the floor. Don't be too friendly to girls who forget to bring them!"

"Although I only stayed one night, the experience was excellent. Here are some key advantages I'd like to share with friends visiting Dongshan Island: 1. Location: Located just a few hundred meters from Nanmen Bay, offering convenient sea views. Within a kilometer, it's incredibly convenient for eating, drinking, and getting around. In short, the location is superb. 2. Service: The owner was very friendly and introduced us to affordable car rentals. She also mentioned that we could charge our phones at the hotel overnight. We were supposed to check out at midnight, but she readily agreed to check out at 2 PM and reminded us to be careful while we were out. 3. Cleanliness: I'm very particular about accommodations, but this hotel was excellent. The bathroom was very smart, with intelligent heating. The towels were individually packaged, which is very important; some hotels are hesitant to use them. There were also disposable razors. The toilet even had a disposable seat cover – very clean and hygienic. The bed was in a great position with a large window, and the lights were all smart. The overall setup and amenities were incredibly smart, including smart curtains. It's really great value for the price. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this was one of the most comfortable stays I've had recently, so I couldn't resist writing a short review. I hope the owner continues to improve!"
