"Very new hotel, the room still has a little decoration smell, probably because they use environmentally friendly materials, you can't smell it if you don't pay attention. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and the front desk had already closed. I left the room card at the front desk and went to check in/out the next day. The front desk operation is the same as that of a star hotel, first pay the bill and then give the receipt (this is also a bit wasteful). The room has complete kitchenware, the bathroom is super large, and the room is a little crowded for three people. Everything else is very good"

A small suggestion: a little decorative touch would soften the somewhat stark atmosphere. But that's purely a matter of taste. "Pleasantly surprised! This is probably the best hotel in this small town. It's not in the city center, and a taxi to the train station takes 6 minutes (12 euros). However, the hotel's restaurant (à la carte on the first floor) is reasonably priced and delicious, and they don't expect tips. There's a great pool open from 10 AM to 9 PM. The room facilities are similar to a typical business hotel back home, and a big plus was that the front desk staff, seeing I was Chinese, proactively offered an electric kettle and slippers during check-in."

"Stayed here for three nights this week with my coach group from the UK and had an excellent stay. The hotel is bright, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with particularly good beds, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. It was a very pleasant place to return to at the end of the day. The food was also excellent — varied, plentiful, and very tasty throughout our stay. It was clear that real care goes into the meals. What truly stood out, however, was the management and their staff. They were consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely personable. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their professionalism and warmth created a very welcoming atmosphere for our whole group. A very well-run hotel that clearly takes pride in good hospitality. We would happily stay here again."

The only minor drawback is the location, which isn’t ideal, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"A friendly stay with a historic touch We were traveling as a company of four and had reserved three rooms in total. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was unavailable due to sanitary conditions, even though the other two rooms were ready for the rest of our group. The receptionist was very helpful and had already arranged a room for me at a partner hotel nearby. The manager also kindly assured me that I was still welcome to join the other guests for breakfast each morning. The hotel itself has a charming history dating back to 1806. It began as a café before evolving into what it is today. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are genuinely friendly. A nice touch: on Fridays and weekends, the staff wear traditional clothing, which really adds to the historic feel. Not the start we expected, but the hospitality turned it around. A lovely historic spot, despite the hiccup with the room, the staff handled it professionally and the historic charm won us over.."
