"The room floor was very dirty, I would not walk on it without socks. During my stay the "Water" was broken the entire night and morning. This made using the toilet, shower and sink impossible. I had to shave using a cup of bottled water that I had bought seapartely, it was one of the most horrible stays ever. Cookies were OK, but they were out 20 minutes late. Breakfast was good, but it was hard to enjoy when I did not have water to shower."

"Yesenia, the Lodge manager provided terrible service. Her front desk agents allowed me a 1pm check out as we were playing golf at there course and 10mins before my tee time she stated I could not check out at that time. Very poor communication. She also over charged me for my room as I was charged $270 without tax when I was quoted $239 after tax. Terrible management and not very good customer service. 2nd year here but I won’t be coming back to the lodge."
