Rosewood Inn & Suites

"The facility was pretty nice I would stay there again. As far as Trip.com I’m not sure I’d go through your company again"

Umpqua Valley Hotel

"The room is not big. The price of this place is quite expensive. This room is OK for one person on a business trip. If there are two beds, it will be small. Maybe the room with two beds is bigger. I didn't stay this time, so I don't know! One complaint: the WiFi signal is very poor. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night! ! ! ! !"

C.H. Bailey House

"We found Bailey house on a google search last minute and I was so glad that we did! What a lovely experience, from the first personal and welcoming phone call, to the delicious breakfast served in the garden, to the last minute conversation in the drive. Felt like a real old-fashioned B and B experience, done absolutely exquisitely! We hope to be back again."

"When we booked, we paid extra for a harbor view… I suppose a sliver of the harbor is considered a “view”? Upon checking in the front desk employee was extremely rude to my husband when he questioned the price of the room and asked about canceling the second night. Only when the until the owner arrived on scene did her tune change. At breakfast the attendant was suspicious and very watchful that we didn’t take more than “the one muffin per customer”. It made us feel uncomfortable being watched over like naughty children. We asked housekeeping for new towels, which were never delivered, and since the towels he asked us to set on the chair outside the door were wet and dirty we couldn’t reuse them. The room however was neat and tidy, and conveniently located close to “town.”"

Motel 6 Roseburg, or

"I have stayed at motel6 in Rossburg for the second time. This time the impression is that management needs to be further improved. When we checked in on April 11, our house was completely uncleaned. Fortunately, the front desk clerk immediately adjusted the other room and checked it in person before letting us stay. Another problem is that our deposit is delayed and it is not until today that the phone tells us that the deposit will be returned to my credit card within a week."

River Vista Vacation Homes

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying our first week in the Maple House. We previously lived 9-miles away for several years and found out about River Vista from out-of-town friends who would stay there while visiting. It is a rustic setting with ALL the comforts of home. The view from the deck cantilevered over the North Umpqua River can be found on post cards. There is a path leading directly below the cabins to a private sparkling clear swimming/fishing hole. Bring your goggles to see salmon and steelhead if you are swimming. Bring your fishing pole if you want to catch your dinner. If you forgot something or need groceries, the Idleyld Trading Post Deli & Liquor Store is 200 feet from your cabin door. The short driveway down to the cabins is steep. Most folks first look at it before driving down to the cabins. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did."
