"Lobby bathroom closed at night for cleaning, loud highway noise, thin walls you can hear the elevator traffic coming and going all night, saw six different bugs, two mysterious yellow stains on the mattress protector on my way OUT when I stripped the bed *facepalm* should've looked when I got there, the bathroom for the suite is inside the bedroom so the people sleeping on the pullout have to come into the private area to pee, elevator very sketchy and jerky, the breakfast options were lacking milk alternatives but Ms Evelyn is so kind and helpful. The blackout curtains are not effective, the shower had no hand held mode so it was the experience of a motel shower, renovations still going on despite there being other reviews from months ago saying the same thing. Overall, if you are a light sleeper, or lactose intolerant, or not a fan of bugs in your room, or stains on your bed or scared of elevators I would personally skip this one til some changes are made."

"The room was beautiful. Clean and very comfortable. Really slept well. After a 9 hour drive being able to take a nice hot soak in the bath was so relaxing. Only problem was the large screen tv remote did not work. The desk clerk tried quite a few times to fix the problem, but to no avail. Not a big deal because I dropped off to sleep right after hitting the pillow. I was amazed that the room had a full sized refrigerator, kitchen sink, and an electric range top. A person could live very comfortably in this room. The staff were Very Friendly and Accommodating. All in all the best hotel experience I have ever had."
