"Stayed at Fortune Park, Durgapur recently, and overall had a good experience with some memorable highlights. Breakfast had mixed feedback – Vada Sambar was excellent (one of the best I’ve had), but the staff needs better knowledge of international accompaniments (like what goes with pancakes or croissants). Also, the mixed veg juice could be improved. One small but impressive moment – housekeeping returned the money I had left in the room in a proper envelope. Shows honesty and good values. Try the chef’s recommendations and don’t miss the South Indian items at breakfast. Overall, a hotel with a strong hospitality culture and great leadership presence."

"I had booked a very budget friendly standard AC room for single occupancy, it's a small cozy room sufficient for one person with attached bathroom, TV, AC, large mirror and a small wardrobe. They provided a half liter water bottle complimentary and promptly served me a hot cup of tea and two biscuits on request. Since, I was already too tired to go out to get anything, they arranged for a guy who took my order and got me all my stuff and took a minimal delivery charge. Their staff Nimai is a very genuine person who paid for all my stuff in cash from his pocket and asked me to pay back just once only when he was leaving for the day. The hotel is clean, lobby smells good and even has a public urinal incase if someone has to use after checkout or before checkin and to my surprise, even that was clean and nicely maintained. They give clean towels, 2 thick blankets, soap and shampoo. Overall I had a peaceful night after a tiring day just the way anyone would want. Since the hotel is on the service road to GT Road, I was saved from the noisy environment at bazaar which is 200 mts away from this hotel. Thank you Nimai, you're doing a fabulous job 🙏🙏🙏"

"I stayed at the property for a total of 55 days (Mar 15- May 10), and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making shopping, dining, and entertainment easily accessible within walking distance. The staff members are extremely friendly, courteous, and always welcoming with a smile. Cleanliness standards are very well maintained throughout the property. A gym is available on the ground floor as well, although the equipment have become old; however, the hotel staff informed me that replacements are already in process. The room size is slightly compact, but it is still comfortable enough for two people. Air conditioning is another issue which I would like to suggest to be looked into."

"It’s indeed a beautiful property & the best part is the efficient & effective service carried out by all the employees spearheaded by the Property Manager. The bathrooms are really spacious. The lawn Is exquisite & the decor surrounding the Pool area is very good. The car parking space is huge. However, the following points are being highlighted as areas of improvement with a hope that the Management will take note of the same. 1. The rooms should be provided with electric kettle ***** with tea / coffee / milk powder / sugar / sugar free sachets so that the guests can make their own tea / coffee without waiting for the service. 2. The bathrooms should have Exhaust Fans 3. Please keep a waste bin in the washroom."
