Hare Nua Hotel Boutique
"Very close to the airport, not by the sea, the room is more ordinary, the price is not high"
Hotel Hanau'Eepe
Rangi Moana
Tupa Hotel
"Good location and price. Rooms old and needs renovation WiFi only in one place, not in rooms Personal great"
Taha Tai
"Great location. Close to the coast and easy access to the main street. Large and comfortable room. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the restaurant view was amazing."
Cabañas Te Maori
"Aside from the miscommunication at the start, (due to the wonky connection at Rapa Nui), everything went well. Patricia was full of smiles and energy, and provided some rly great recommendations. The B&b was situated at a great location, along the main street and just a stone’s throw away to the beach. Communication is best done via WhatsApp instead of emails / calls."
Cabañas Anakena
"free airport pick up service. However, there is some hurden for transfer back to airport, My flights departs at 6pm. My request to airport is around 4pm. But the hotel can only offer transfer service to airport up to 130pm. We need to order taxi on our own."
Hotel Ohana Rapa Nui
"It is a newly opened hotel, so there are not many reviews. I was quite nervous before going there. But I added the hotel butler Pablo on WhatsApp in the early stage, and sent a lot of questions to the butler, and he was able to help us solve them in time. The hotel helped arrange the car rental and one-day tour guide on the island. There was a special welcome wreath on Easter Island when we picked up at the airport, and we were surprised to receive a pendant when we left. The staff were very nice. The hotel is a little far from the center of Zhaozhen Town, but it was okay because we rented a car. The room conditions are good on the island. There is a small tropical garden and a swimming pool. I like to sit on the balcony of the room and relax."
Hotel Puku Vai
"Very attractive building around a nice but unheated swimming pool in well kept grounds. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. The temperature was just right so you didn’t need the AC which made for a very comfortable night. Breakfast was just about adequate. There were no pastries and very basic sliced bread. There were however decent yoghurts and eggs were cooked to order. No decaffeinated coffee. The place seems to be run almost single handedly by a very cheerful and helpful lady. This hotel is perhaps just a bit further from the town than is ideal. It’s a pleasant walk though there is a surprising amount of traffic around and there are shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walks including a garage which will change money for you, but it gets a bit wearing trekking 30 minutes to the Main Street every day. There was a sitting space outside the room overlooking the pool, which wasn’t heated but was bearable to swim in. Reception closed at 7pm which meant there were no sitting or bar facilities after that, but there are bars and shops within 10 minutes. The hotel was quite quiet, we seemed to be the only people staying on the last day which was a bit spooky. We walked to the airport for our flight! Although this hotel is nice I think I would prefer to stay somewhere more central."

Easter Island Ecolodge
"We really appreciated the pick up at the airport and beautiful flower necklaces. From our arriving Cony has been very nice, always smiling and helpful with us for anything we asked for. She booked our 3 greats tours, gave us many reference for restaurants, boutiques, cafés, etc. Thank you so much Cony !!! xxx The hotel is really well located like 5 mn from the harbour, restos and Moais around the city. A lots of flowers, gardens, chicken & roosters roaming there. The buffet place was clean and meals good but I missed some eggs. Our room was fine but the quality sleep was a bit bad with the roosters singing-yelling from 6 am, sometimes before. And then, all the rooster from the city are responding. Anyway. Thank you to Mr Joseph who gave us a nice lift to go back to the airport. Sonia & Biagio from Montréal, Qc, Canada"
Hotel Ohiro
"I am writing this review to make people aware of the level of customer service found at this hotel. I was booking several stops in an extended vacation that in southern South America, which was including a stay in Easter Island. I booked a room at Hotel OHIRO and then within a minute after I booked, I realized that I had the days off by a few. I immediately contacted the hotel (I still have the message thread on WhatsApp) and explained the situation that I still wanted the hotel but just to switch the days from the 22nd to the 26th, to the 25th to the 29th. To make a long story short, they said that they don't make changes and that I can rebook and pay again for the new rooms with no refund. I can see if I waited a month and then was asking for a switch, but this was literally immediately after the booking was made. The person at the desk said that they would get back to me, but never did. My messages to them went unanswered."
Cabañas Henua Iti
"Tiare is the perfect host, picked us up at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the town before taking us to the accommodation. The cabin is perfect for 2 people kitchen, bathroom, living area and 2 bedrooms with a small porch with seating area. It is quite a walk from the centre of Hanga Roa so if you don't like walking I would suggest a car/bike, we hired a care for 2 days form Tiare and it was perfect! Breakfast was fantastic as soon as we finished one day we could not wait to see what was for breakfast the next day! All staff we spoke to were extremely helpful and could not do enough to help. Dropped back off to the airport in perfect time for the flight back to Santiago. A great 4 night stay and would definitely come back!"
Hotel Hotu Matua by EI
"The manager, Gonzalo and the staff are great! Breakfast included fresh juice, fresh fruit, cheese, meats, toast, sweet bread and tea or coffee served at your table. The hotel is in need of refurbishment which they are working on. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I want to thank everyone at Hotel Hotu Matua for a wonderful stay."
KeuhenuaEcoHostal
"Given that it's Easter Island, this is a pretty standard guesthouse."
Iorana Isla de Pascua Hotel
"The sunny day is so beautiful"
Tahai Loft
"The location is truly magnificent, just a few minutes’ walk from Ahu Tahai (one of the island’s main sites), while remaining quiet and private enough to feel like a peaceful hideaway. The bungalows at Tahai Loft are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all amenities you need. A perfect balance between home‑like warmth and thoughtful hotel‑style convenience. Each morning I found a generous, varied breakfast waiting in the fridge, ready for me to enjoy at my own pace. It was such a considerate detail, a simple but deeply appreciated way to start the day without haste. The property also offers a small swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, available to guests who want to unwind after a day of island exploration. I didn’t use them myself, but knowing they are there adds to the sense of comfort and relaxation that Tahai Loft offers. A special mention to Valentina, the receptionist. Her kindness, availability and genuine empathy made the stay feel personal and cared for, not as a customer, but as a welcomed guest. Her presence truly elevates the overall experience. What a wonderful person! Tahai Loft delivers comfort, style and impeccable hospitality in a superb location. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would happily return."
Apartamentos Tupuna Lodge
"Such lovely hosts- could not do more to help. Offered lots of advice and lifts. Great location with easy access to lovely restaurants and the town. Walk along coast to sunset statues"
