Great
MMister StephenThis hotel is about 250 meters walk from the airport. Turn right out the front gate of the airport, cross the road and walk. Look for the hotel name on a big rock and walk down for ten meters. It's a twenty minute walk from town center. Kenatea was a great host, allowing me late check out. Very comfortable bed and nicely landscaped. Very good wifi. Nice pool. I enjoyed my stay. Good continental breakfast.
AAiziyouThe room is large, air-conditioned, the room does not provide a kettle and refrigerator, and is shared in the front desk lobby. There is wifi and the speed is OK.
Hotel location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very pleasant to hang out on the beach.
Breakfast is provided, food is OK, coffee is average.
It is very convenient to book the Moai itinerary at the front desk when you check in.
EEdward ShanghaiThe hotel owner is very good and helps a lot. Since the hotel price is not expensive, it is a big problem to not install air conditioning, and the room is very hot during the day. There is 30 degrees in the room. I have already got dumplings. The island does not need air conditioning after 9 pm. The reception service of the hotel is available, but the tour guide and car rental company introduced by the front desk clerk are twice the normal price. The tour guide actually costs 3,500 yuan a day, equivalent to $500, which is outrageous, and then I found a tour guide to spend $160. Among them, the rebates among the front desk staff are obvious, so beware of being fooled. The same is true for car rental. The front desk staff contacted the car rental company for 90,000 pesos, and the hotel owner rented a car to me for 45,000 pesos. So shocked. For your reference. Don't go to the front desk
NNancy XLocation is OK, about 15 minutes walk to one of the attractions.
The hotel does not arrange pick-up and drop-off services, and an additional charge of 10 dollars per person is required. Going to the hotel and saying that you can make an appointment for 🚖, 10 dollars a step car. The email is actually the phone number of the travel agency, maybe the same boss. The day trip price is not cheap.
Overall it is not dirty, but the room feels a bit dirty, especially the bathroom and shower room. It is a very ordinary island house. The towels have to be changed at9-13 every day. They do not provide housekeeping, and they charge more than 300,000 Chilean dollars. Ugh.
I stayed for two days without encountering a power outage and water outage, and I was lucky.
If there are conditions, you can choose better, but probably around the same.
MMarceloCabañas Anaka are great, surrounded by a nice garden and close to an amazing look out to the ocean as you exit the road on your left,Its located about 2 kilometres from the center about 25 minute walk, Its a simple accomodation style units with a mini bar to keep things cold if you wish. Staff is super friendly and have lots of great tips about tours and things to do, They pick you up at the airport an can arrange a lift to the airport after check in. We had an amazing time. Depending on your tech, the internet can be slow, but is due to the location of the island.A simple breakfast is offered,I found it sufficient to start the day. Our host was amazing and tried to organise our breakfast earlier when we had early tour.
GGuest UserThe overall design style is still OK, relatively speaking, the hardware is still a little worse, this is a need to be improved, the overall service can be OK!
