"The room that touched us needs it, to start on the bedroom, we get up with back pain, because it's something uncomfortable. The shower with very narrow and too small access, with sweeping soil, which can cause a fall, although you have no space to fall. The smell of the room... We don't say no longer in access for people who go on wheelchairs or who have difficulty walking, because nothing more in the hall you'll find with stairs and to access the breakfast area equally, The hotel is very close to the hotel."

"Very clean room. Comfortable bed - best I have slept on so far. Food was amazing and quite a lot of varieties to choose from. Ali @ front desk in the restaurant was very welcoming. He was always happy to assist myself and my family. The chefs were amazing. Marc @ reception desk plus a younger lady (didn't catch her name, but she checked us in on the 27th of May 2026 at 4.40pm). My kids had a great time, lots of activities to keep lil ones entertained. Great entertainment team as well. I would definitely return here again."

"Be aware if you book (or think you book) an ACSI-rate pitch! Contacted TAIGA Delta de l'Ebre by email Sunday night and asked for a vacant ACSI pitch. Got an answer by email Monday morning, telling us we could “just come” Replied to that during the day and informed them that we would arrive between 1800 and 1900. So.. We arrives at 1830. (Drove 300km, passed 3 other campsites that we had turned down..) And the girl in the reception can tell us that they have “no more vacant ACSI pitches” But – we had confirmation by email? And you didn’t tell us that we would have to book to secure an ACSI-rate ? And by the way; didn’t our email communication count as “booking” ? Maybe you should charge us the ACSI rate anyway, since this is sort of your fault? Nope! Didn’t matter! We had to pay near double rate, for a pitch that is ALMOST IDENTICAL to their “ACSI pitches” The next day (We booked 2 nights, and got the ACSI rate for day #2) we had to move(!) Move 10 meters, to an ACSI pitch, again Almost IDENTICAL to our “old” pitch. But to the review: (0-10) Customer service: Obviously: 0 Toilet facilities: 7 (Clean-ish, but irritating showers) Pitches: 5 (ok-ish, sand / gravel) Minimarket: 5 (Small but have most essentials.) Pools: 7 (Looks nice, haven’t been there yet, been too busy moving and being irritated ;-) ) Guests: (Strange mix of everything)"

"So glad I looked at the amazing reviews and trusted that I picked a good holiday! We arrived to 2 beautiful rooms which were lovely and super clean. Looking out to beautiful views. The atmosphere is lovely. It is very quite the first day we were shocked that there were so many sun loungers empty as expected it to be full with people so feel like this place is a hidden gem. Such good value for money. A cheap half term break is to great food (there is literally something for everyone) I will miss paella everyday! Lovely bar staff, lovely cleaning staff. Just everyone is super helpful. Make sure you take euros with you as there is no where to get money out and you need euros for pool tables and games in arcade. The nearest cash point is a taxi ride away into town. You can hire bikes for 6 euros too which we did and was great. The day time entertainment is great loads of pool fun. And activities for free. The even entertainment is a bit flat but we occupied ourselves so didn’t bother us in the slightest. But could do with opening something outdoors for music / band or entertainment but really didn’t worry us at all. Absolutely loved it!"

"Terrible hotel. The facilities are outdated, and the room was awful. We requested a double bed and were told there weren't any available in the entire hotel. The room was freezing cold, there was no duvet, and when we asked for blankets, they told us it was a summer hotel. And the breakfast was simply terrible. All the options were of very poor quality. Please do not book a room at this hotel. 0/10, everything was awful."

"About 20 minutes off arteriel motorway, it was perfect. Transported into the peace of the historic rice growing region. Greeted and welcomed by friendly staff at reception, who explained all we needed to know. The room just yards from a rice field which was rich with bird life, it was perfect. Clean and quaint, the room had a mini fridge and a number of extras useful to travellers. The bed was very comfortable! Mosquito netting at the windows enabled us to keep the windows open at night, but Air con was available Food at the restaurant was excellent and breakfast the selection was great, including a hot if wanted. Would not hesitate to stay again and for a bit longer. Would reccomend to anyone! "
