Basic issues were handled poorly, promises were made and then reversed, and the way we were treated as paying guests was shocking. When problems arose, responsibility was avoided rather than taken. This place may look beautiful, but the management and service behind it are deeply disappointing. We left feeling stressed, dismissed, and misled. Would never return and would strongly advise others to think twice."
