"When you arrive at the reception, you can smell cigarette smoke – a really bad first impression. We had a room for three adults – a double bed and a sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin that you could feel every spring. The springs made squeaky noises with even the slightest movement, making it impossible for anyone in the room to get a decent night’s sleep. The bed linen was clean but not fresh or white – more discolored Grey. The edges around the pool were not clean, nor was the glass fence – it did not look inviting. The hotel is outdated compared to the pictures online. Poor Wi-Fi. The owner agreed to refund one night and asked for our bank details, but we received under 2/3 of the amount we actualle payed for one night. I cannot recommend staying at this place at all."

"We did not stay at the hotel. Mykonos was a cruise stop, and we were looking to use that day to go to the beach after walking around the Little Venice area of town. I had contacted other establishments about reserving beach time, and only Elia Mykonos responded to my inquiry. I received a response within 24 hours of submitting my inquiry via their website contact form. The staff gave me clear information about prices and what was included. I was also able to arrange transportation to and from the hotel easily. Even when we had to change our pickup/departure times and locations, the staff was able to accommodate us and clearly communicated with us to make our day seamless. The responsiveness and ease of working with their staff was wonderful. While there, we enjoyed how attentive and helpful the beach staff was even though we were not guests in the hotel. (A young lady from Zambia—we can’t remember her name—was especially helpful and friendly to us the entire time we were there). The beach was gorgeous, and the sun beds and umbrella were very good. So were the multiple coconut mojitos! We would definitely do this again."

The breakfast was fantastic, with high-quality selections that satisfied every craving, and the restaurant served exquisite meals, making it easy to indulge in delicious cuisine without leaving the hotel.
