"Dinner is very good, the room is big enough"

"I came here for dinner on Friday around 6pm. The service was really good. The food was very nice. The price was £23.50 for two courses (part of Aberdeenshire Restaurant Week) which was good value. I would definitely come back again."

"Lovely little hotel, food was fab and staff were friendly and helpful x We had an issue with the TV remote they sorted it as soon as we asked. I would recommend the hotel replace the sofa bed in the flat it was awful, no springs left at one end, the thinnest mattress so you felt every spring that was left and we had to put a pillow in the big dip in the middle. Also they put what seemed like a single quilt in a double quilt cover. The bed upstairs was comfortable enough though so 2 out of the four of us managed to sleep. The location was perfect for our requirements, but there isn't much going on in the area at all. You are very close to Aldi and some nice little cafes and a few shops. There was entertainment but unfortunately as we had a traveller with us under the age of 18 we couldn't take up the quiz night or live music night as children needed to be out by 8pm. So it's definitely more for the older travellers not really for families with younger children."
