"First of all, a big thank you to all the staff who are doing their best to compensate for the shortcomings of this brand-new hotel. At the moment, the hotel is benefiting from the State Garden Show and its direct location. However, there is still much room for improvement, provided the IHG hotel group allows it and contributes a little more financially. The pillows are far too hard; we exchanged them immediately. The windows can only be opened minimally...picture attached! There's no television in the bedroom, and apparently, one wasn't planned. Water from the shower floods half the bathroom. The towels are already damaged, even though they're new. The Nespresso machine is the cheapest available, and the coffee cups don't match. Only two capsules were provided as an initial supply. Overall, the entire furnishings are very minimalist and cheaply made. The suite's kitchen equipment looks like it came from a picnic basket, and there's very little closet space in the room. For the price, this is simply unacceptable. The prices will probably have to drop significantly after the State Garden Show ends, or the problems will have to be fixed; otherwise, it will be difficult to fill the hotel."

"Trip.com The picture on the hotel's homepage is very misleading. The blue house inside is the hotel. To be precise, it is a better homestay. Clean, tidy and comfortable. No blackout curtains, suitable for people who love morning running. Not suitable for people who want to sleep late."

"The Montana Hotel Ellwangen is exactly what it sets out to be: a practical, no-nonsense stopover that works well if you’re on the road, working locally, or visiting the nearby industrial area. It seems to attract a mix of families passing through, people working on site locally, and business travellers. Plenty of free parking right outside the door immediately makes life easy, and the location is ideal — just off the A7 exit, with fast food options, a pizzeria and petrol stations a few hundred metres away. There’s also a supermarket within walking distance (or a very short drive), which is handy if you’re staying more than a night. There’s no restaurant on site, but the bar is open for an evening drink (not on Sundays at the moment). Rooms are simple but perfectly adequate. There’s a desk for working, though no fridge — something I’ve learned to plan for by travelling with a cool bag and kettle. Nice touch: free water available in the foyer. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was absolutely fine. Also worth noting: if you fancy an evening stroll around Ellwangen itself, you’ll need to drive in. All in all, I’d happily stay again when working in the area — it delivers exactly what I need."

"The hotel is in a village of 2,000 people. The hotel is new and there is a garage below. The hostess is very attentive. A little expensive, 100 euros, not early. However, the hotel gentleman looked at the system and said that he had a good pacage, including early. On the edge is the farmland, the girl is about to rain, the farmer scatters cow dung into the field, so it tastes a bit..."

"DON'T FALL FOR ALL GOOD REVIEWS , I bet you those are not real. I went there this month and it was awefully dissappointing. The carpet is way too dirty in the whole hotel inside room and hall way , pillow is so flat and thin. The toiletries are 25% amount left. 1 reused bottle shampo shower , no kettle, tea or coffee provided in the room. The owners are so cheap , and they don't think to make it better for the guests to enjoy, only profit in their minds , so selfish to ruin somebody's vacation."
