"We have been to the Tembe Elephant Park previously but have never stayed at the Lodge situated within the Park. We were very impressed with the accommodation, meals and overall service provided by the lodge staff. The Game Drives (2 per day) were excellent and the Guide offered superior knowledge of the wildlife and bird-life that we encountered during our stay. Knowledge of the Parks history and environmental conditions were well explained. The tented accommodation was very comfortable and the outside shower was the absolute best. Considered to be very good value for money. Looking forward to a return trip very soon."

"If there was a heaven on earth, this must be it! Where do I start? The location is idyllic, the food both in terms of quality & presentation is amazing. Canvass covered footpaths that are swept numerous times per day, magically lit by lanterns at night & the romantic outdoor bath lit likewise. We loved the bush walks, the river paddle & amazing setting of the pool overlooking the wetland. The staff were all so friendly & efficient - we did not get all the names but here are a few: Thulani, Blessing, George & Lungi "
