"The hotel is very close to Lake Michigan and has a history. The color matching of the room is also very elegant, because the history of the hotel is a bit long, some facilities in the room are a bit old, but the overall feeling of accommodation is good."

"We upgraded from a quarry view to a lake view, best thing we ever did. The view was fantastic and the sound of the water was so relaxing. Staff was helpful and informative. The breakfast buffet, included with the room, was the best we have had in a long time. Our only complaint would be that our room was not made up, for our second night, until after 4 PM. But it only a minor complaint. We had the best time celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary."

Even though I mentioned that I needed the room cleaned every day when I checked in, no one refilled the bottled water or coffee. The experience was terrible and the room was not worth the price!"
