"Worst place to ever rent a hotel room for my family. The managers wife is horrible wi Ty customer service she is a ****** and flicks you off disses you off for having children do what kids do….HAVE FUN. She gets inside the room and tells you she doesn’t clean the sheets so they need to be kept in top condition. If she sees it just a little bit dirt like wrappers and crumbs (basic things always left behind by families with toddlers) she threatens to call the cops to file a report. She is horrible in nature. In the publicity of this hotel it claims it’s family friendly and loving kids but in person it a whole different story. Now the pool is the most lying one they published everywhere having a clean working pool when it doesn’t work it’s empty and in some publishes they claim they give free breakfast WHEN THEY DONT they lie way too much to get people to rent a room. Never again will I go to this hotel. Worst experience ever not to mention how there’s cockroaches everywhere that alone was a bigger issue."
