"Worst hotel experience in my life. If my car had not broken down we would have left. Stains. Filth. Dripping something through the ceiling from the bathroom over our bathroom. No internet. No ice. No ice bins. No coffee. No nothing. Slept in our clothes to avoid contact with the sheets. Towels were not clean. TV would not shut off. Had to unplug. Cockroaches. Amazed the local health department would allow this place to be open. Please condemn this place."

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was so clean that I could smell the freshly used cleaning products. (That is HUGE to me, even more now that we've lived through Covid.) I loved how caring and patient the front desk staff was especially when I was very nervous about the storms. This was my first trip to Atmore but, if I come down again, this is where I will stay."
