"Home2Suites is our favorite chain when we travel. We love having a full kitchen and the extra space for traveling with our older children. We had a hard time finding the hotel off the road, it was hidden and a little setback. We came in during a bad rainstorm so that made it extra hard to find. There were gnats in our room , the coffee maker didn't work and no ice bucket. There was barely any silverware, one fork, two spoons in the drawer. Other than those issues, the room was nice and clean. There was no ice water in the lobby for guests and when my husband requested some, they brought it out in a mixing pitcher. On Monday morning, breakfast was bare and they weren't replenishing anything. This was about 45 minutes before it was set to close for the day. It was a good location for us to visit the city and not have to pay city prices."

"Katarina at the best Western was absolutely amazing. She was super helpful and friendly and accommodated us in every way. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect since we attended the Georgia Renaissance fair. The breakfast was very good as well. We definitely will be coming back every year."

"Our stay was not the most pleasant experience. It was horrible. We arrived on October 31 to November 2, 2025. After checking in we were assigned to room 427. After settling in, we noticed that the sheet on the bed had several strains of hair. I contacted the front desk, but was told that no one was available to change the linen. I was given fresh sheets to make the change myself. So my husband and I put the clean sheets on the bed. Later that night, we went to dinner. When we came back to the room, I saw a medium size roach on the floor near the bathroom. I killed it with a napkin and flushed down the toilet. I though that the roach probably came in when we open the door, so we didn't fret about it. However, as we were preparing for bed, I yelled to my husband that a roach was crawling on the bathroom door. There was also one on the counter by the fridge and sink. Before we knew it several emerged. My husband sent a message (to the text he received earlier from the hotel), about the infestation. The front desk called and asked did we want to change rooms. Of course we did! As we were gathering our things several more appeared. The front desk clerk brought the new room key and said manager in the morning will contact us. We moved to a new room at 11PM. It was much cleaner, however it was hard to relax. The fear was that this room would have the same problem. Fortunately we didn't see any. The security lock did not work on the second room, so we used the flip thing to secure the door. Our first night was horrible. The second night was better, but not great. We didn't hear from management concerning this problem. Today is January 31, 2026, we still have not heard from management."
