"I was given room 118 on arrival and it looked over the carpark and garage at the front of the inn, during the night I was awakened by a noise and a trucks engine, I looked out of the window and noticed that the truck was driving off the garage, the problem I have is that once woken I find it hard to get back to sleep so I had a very long day, so if you go ask for an odd numbered room apart from that you will like the Falkirk North Premier Inn and Kincardine Way public house which is next door where the food is very nice and a number of beers is available"

"I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel on the app it shows nice modern rooms but on arrival I was given a old fashioned room which the heating was very poor, shower the same and the tele was from the 90s reception were not helpful just we said we are full when I asked to change my room yet the car park wasn't, the evening meal was amazing but as for breakfast shabby they had no eggs the guy was scruffy and dumb didn't care one bit, bacon full of fat ,mushrooms to salty to eat overall disgusting, I travel all over the country stopping in your hotels with my premier inn card and this the worst ever seen and it needs a shake up and a good manager to run it. False advertising on the web site this is not what you get never again will I book this hotel"

"Had a family lunch here on Sunday a table of 7 and once again the service was absolutely amazing the staff really are so attentive even though both the restaurant and bar were very busy they go the extra mile, the food was lovely as always (teenager couldn’t finish her macaroni cheese and it was boxed up for her to take away no problem at all Got to say as well that the lunch menu is excellent value for money Highly recommended"

"Booked 2 rooms to stay over after attending a wedding in the area. Good price, paid a bit extra for an early check in. Staff friendly though you have to buzz them to come to the reception. The rooms were ideal - comfortable beds, clean & spacious room. There was also a fan to help with the heat. Would highly recommend."

"We just left 14, Craignish most reluctantly after a three night stay. It was beautifully furnished, warm with all amenities we looked for and more besides. Lovely and clean, (even in the corners!) lovely and warm. The finding instructions were not clear so we had to phone the given number twice. Our call was answered immediately by a lovely lady who willingly helped us. The area around is in the process of redevelopment, which will only improve the apartments surroundings. Very close to a retail park, buses, cinema and Grahamston railway station. We used public transport for our excursions. More than satisfied. The apartment was over and above our expectations. Hope to return one day."
