Premier Hotel Thohoyandou ★★★★

Vhafamadi Bed and Breakfast ★★★★
"We had very good experience, the place Is very welcoming and not to mention an excellent service we got when we get there . The room was clean and had that warmth, the only problem was the room service phone not working."
Cuckoos Nest Guest House ★★★★
"I only visited Cuckoo’s nest for 1 night recently but wish I could have stayed longer. Very nice rooms delicious food and excellent hospitality. Very friendly folks. Beautiful garden on the property swimming pool airconditioning everything you need as well as spacious rooms. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommended. A great birding destination."
Schimper View Boutique Guest House ★★★★
"Extraordinary accommodation. Lovely spacious room with all amenities such as Nespresso machine to as much as complimentary bottle wine and welcome drink. Extremely comfortable with lovely views from private veranda. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great stay all around."
Chinaka Game Lodge ★★★
"The staff provides excellent service. The accommodation does not claim to be a five-star luxury stay, but it is a cozy lodge, clean, and you sleep well in an environment close to animals and nature. I would happily return."
Musina Hotel ★★★
"They close at 11 pm.so make sure you arrive early ...Service was okay ..Friendly receptionist l.found them.about to leave...l booked wrong date they had to adjust for me without charging me extra ..."
Mopane Bush Lodge ★★★★
"Mopane Bush Lodge’s accommodations and service are a cut above the other lodges I’ve stayed at. Their spacious thatched cottages are well lit with wifi, a rarity in game parks, and include outdoor showers or bath tubs. Bathrooms feature dual sinks and one of the largest showers I’ve ever seen. An especially appreciated feature is the room’s coffee maker. Upon arrival or when returning from 4x4 excursions guests are always offered fruit drinks and towels to wipe off the dust. Want a gin and tonic? I was offered a choice of Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire gin. Camilla and other staff were unfailingly attentive to any guest needs."
Royal Hills Lodge and Spa ★★★★
"My stay was excellent and well received, they must keep on giving the service they are currently giving"

Avoca Vale Country Hotel
"Stopped off here for one night en route from Pretoria to Punda Maria gate at KNP. The hotel is laid out on a hillside with a verandah on the old main building looking out over a large lawned area with pool and braai. Our room in the separate 2-storey modern accomodation block was clean, well equipped and had excellent aircon with no load shedding interruptions during our stay. We had a nice and very inexpensive meal in the restaurant (which sadly had run out of red wine!). Breakfast the next morning was great also."
Masili Guesthouse
"I recently stayed at Masili while visiting our office in Thohoyandou. The establishment is beautifully situated, but I found the service to be average. Initially, I was allocated a room with a dirty toilet and a non-functional TV. However, the staff promptly provided me with an alternative room. I recommend that the rooms be thoroughly inspected before being allocated to guests to ensure that they meet the expected standards. Thank you."
Golgotha Boutique Hotel
"Not happy, the place is too expensive for what I got: no towels, had to repair the toilet seat, no bedside table lamps, the room so small that you hurt yourself on the TV set when walking around the bed, no hot water in the evening, all curtains in bedroom and shower dragging on the floor, only one cup instead of 2, too many cushions on the bed and no place to put them when going to bed. No, never again!"
