"The room is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen equipped with fully equipped kitchenware and tableware, clean and hygienic, and the hotel's hardware facilities are quite good! The check-in process was complicated and unprofessional, housekeeping was slow, understaffed and slack. Overall, the hardware is satisfactory, but the software needs to be improved."

"We arrived and found both of the rooms unacceptable. One smelled like an ash tray and had the windows open; hairs in the beds, on the bathroom counter yet and in the tub.  The other room had a blood stain on the floor and hairs all over as well. I at first asked for new bedding that I was going to put on all the beds. Then we looked at the booking as advertised and realized it wasn’t at all what was stated. We also began to notice numerous children and adults make the front and back  area of the hotel their personal hang out / with cigarettes which the hotel says they don’t allow all while also reading the numerous signs that state they aren’t responsible for any theft. We decided the hotel was NOT at all what was advertised. I called Choice hotels as I sat in the parking lot trying to find another hotel in the area.  I filed a complaint and they told us to go in and get a refund which we did from Avery, we will never make this mistake again.  We had to find another hotel miles away due to a concert and two other events in the area.  If the rooms are non smoking I’m not sure how airing out a room and not cleaning it are acceptable.  Two other room occupants were also at the desk complaining about the smoke smell and their rooms being unclean.  Corporate should look into this hotel. I am also going to let Trip.com know they need to severe their contract. It makes them look bad as well.  Choice should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their name.
