"This was our first visit to Fazana and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel was really lovely - full of charm, perfect location next to the clock tower in the centre. We loved hearing the chimes which started at 8.00 am and finished at 10pm. There was a wedding taking place when we arrived which was so joyful to watch. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive - lovely breakfast that we enjoyed each day sat on the patio outside whilst watching the world go by. There are no ground floor rooms but everything else would be very easy for anyone with more limited mobility as it is all very close and flat. Bike hire looked fun for a future visit. Fazana itself is charming with a good choice of places to eat even though some had already closed for the season. We swam in the sea - you can easily buy beach shoes there as it is pebbly. We also enjoyed strolls along the waterfront in both directions. Would definitely recommend the day on Brijuni. Thank you all at Villetta Phasiana"

You could tell how thought through everything was with lovely details all around. Location is walking distance to the beach and the pool is the perfect place to relax. "Spent a week here in August, family of 5 with children aged 5, 8 and 10. We had a fun week although it was incredibly busy and also very hot (35 degrees at least all week). We found the lack of seating or sunbeds at the pools a bit disappointing as there was no shade (there were a few sunbeds at each pool but nowhere near enough and you had to be there right when they opened to get them) and having to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach also frustrating. (22 euros for two beds and an umbrella for the day). We were in a comfort plus lodge which did not have any loungers or anything with it (booked direct with the site) whereas our friends were in a prestige home and had loungers on their terrace. They also had unlimited air con whereas we only had 40hours included (far too hot to sleep without it at night). Our holiday home was quite tired and did have an issue with ants coming in under the door. We felt it was a lot of money for what it was (we paid around €1800 for the week) and to not get proper air con or any sun loungers for that felt a bit much. We also had no kettle or coffee maker or chopping board. Kids activities were all expensive, lack of even a decent free playground was disappointing and the cost of the trampolines (9 euros for half an hour) was prohibitive with three children. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but wouldn't come back in August as it was just too busy and not enough space to feel like we could relax."
