"The rooms are very basic and dated. The resort could be so much better if it just had a good clean. Breakfast was good but the plates and cutlery were dirty. Don’t plan on an early night as the party boats play their music until 10 pm. There is a small menu available for food and drink at the resort and also via the river boats that come up to your pontoon."

"Terrible place They try to scam at check out asking for USD 15 because the sheets were dirty after the staff never came to clean the room once in 3 days. Checked out a day earlier while paying the full stay out of desperation The food was terrible, fruits was old and very expensive Very loud place with loud Music all day and evening Zero English spoken from the staff apart for when they try to scam at the check out saying is in their contract Overall is very badly managed and definitely not ready for international tourism as their mentality is to scam tourists Transportation was supposed to be booked by 9am but they forgot to confirm with the driver Also when requested via Trip.com a partial refund for the early check out it was refused by the property which is in their full right to do so During our early check out instead of asking the reason of the early check out they try to scam AVOID AT ALL COST"
