"Terrible place They try to scam at check out asking for USD 15 because the sheets were dirty after the staff never came to clean the room once in 3 days. Checked out a day earlier while paying the full stay out of desperation The food was terrible, fruits was old and very expensive Very loud place with loud Music all day and evening Zero English spoken from the staff apart for when they try to scam at the check out saying is in their contract Overall is very badly managed and definitely not ready for international tourism as their mentality is to scam tourists Transportation was supposed to be booked by 9am but they forgot to confirm with the driver Also when requested via Trip.com a partial refund for the early check out it was refused by the property which is in their full right to do so During our early check out instead of asking the reason of the early check out they try to scam AVOID AT ALL COST"

"Our stay at Pavilion was truly wonderful. The property is beautifully designed and perfectly situated in a peaceful natural setting, making it an ideal place to relax and disconnect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and inviting. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The only small suggestion I would have is regarding the outdoor bathtub. It would be more convenient if there were a faucet installed, as currently the bathtub needs to be filled using a hose. Aside from this minor detail, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Muang Fuang."

"The location was very difficult to find. We hired a van from Vang Vieng to Muang Phuong and followed the GPS, but the pin was incorrect and led us astray, causing us to drive past the destination. Contacting the hotel was also difficult; there was no phone number online, and no one answered the phone through Trip. When we arrived, it was raining, and they didn't provide umbrellas. The rain continued until morning, and even at breakfast, there were no umbrellas available for guests because the dining area was far from the rooms, which was inconvenient. We think the price is quite expensive, and they should provide better service or amenities for guests. They didn't even have umbrellas. This really needs improvement."
