"So a lot of people come here to camp or with motorhomes. We were looking for somewhere to stay that was outside Florence but we could still access it by bus. Our cabin was great. No view but great privacy and with a hot tub. Restaurant was Fantastic and the staff were fabulous. We ate there three times. The shuttle bus we nearly missed as it hadn't been branded, but it's a big silver van stopping at five past the hour where the bus from Florence stops. Our last day we stayed in Fiesole village as there is plenty to see there, so a fine destination. We had absolutely no weirdness from the staff like I saw in a couple of negative reviews. Thanks!"

"We held our small wedding, and stayed at Il Salviatino for 3 nights, along with friends, and it was the absolute highlight of our trip in Italy. Our room at this hotel will count as easily one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel interior, and grounds are impeccable, and the view brought tears to my eyes when we stepped out onto the terrace. It is a short walk into Florence, but being in the hills overlooking Florence provided the most beautiful view you could imagine, and a quiet and calm, difficult to find in a busy city in the summer season. We had exceptional service from Paul, the Concierge, and Luigi, the Food and Beverage manager. Paul went above and beyond helping support in the planning of our wedding, and during our time there. Luigi also went above and beyond making us and our guests feel right at home, particularly in the Lobby bar. The breakfast is exceptional, and the food from the restaurant is so delicious. If you can, you must stay here."

"Very pleasant person at the desk (Marietta and her colleague). They did their best to please us. Many informations about the tour in Firenze and many things to visit around the hotel. The breakfast was good just a problem with the coffee machine as the coffee and chocolate was really light (too much water). Nothing important anyway. 2 bottles of fresh water per day and a mosquito reppelent were offered and much appreciated ! The room was clean and the airco was working perfectly. The last day, they kindly keep our wine and Oliva oil by the desk as the temperature was too high to let it in the car during our tour to Firenze. Thanks again for your help !"

"A splendid location where you can spend a dream weekend. Inside an estate with a large park with olive trees and cypresses, a breeding of cattle, horses, geese, equipped areas, an artificial lake inaugurated by none other than Queen Victoria at the end of the 19th century, and a beautiful swimming pool with relaxation area for hotel guests. Different types of rooms are available, with air conditioning, TV, bathroom with tub and shower... excellent service, and breakfast with homemade products. Internal parking is available, as well as a restaurant and a shop selling local products."

"After searching online for vineyard tours during our stay in Florence, the thought of a long drive by bus, and having to sit with a bunch of strangers whilst being instructed on wines, didn’t appeal to us. We wanted somewhere that was closer to the centre, where we could taste the wine at our leisure, but also have the view of Tuscany before us. We happened to come across this place, as an Agriturismo visit - wine tasting and pool day, for €40pp. An absolute bargain in comparison to the €300-400pp the wine tours were quoting! After a couple of days exploring the centre, and clocking up some miles walking around, we booked in for a day at the vineyard. We got a taxi from the centre, which cost approximately €30. The journey took around 20 minutes. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady, who gave us a brief summary of the vineyard, and what the day included. We had bought our own towels and footwear for the pool, but were given some swimming caps, for use in the pool, if diving under the water. Our day also included a charcuterie board, and a glass of wine. Plus unlimited still water. We were then shown to the pool area, which was empty. Not a soul there. Which was fantastic! The views were incredible. It was such a hot day too, and we were thankful to have the pool to lounge in at our pleasure. Around lunchtime, we sat at a table at the top of the valley, overlooking the wonderful scenery. We were each given a charcuterie board, and a glass of wine to enjoy. It was wonderful. My husband isn’t one for sitting still for long, and I fully expected us to leave after a couple of hours. But he enjoyed it so much, we stayed from 10am until 3pm (you can stay up until 7pm if you wish). The lady on the reception booked us a taxi back into the centre. Which cost just over €35. We had a fabulously relaxing day, which topped off our short week visiting Tuscany…! Italy has won our hearts… Stunning."
