"A charming and very lovely guesthouse - a short walk to the beautiful beach in Fish Hoek, and to the scenic Jager's Walk footpath. Central to many popular Cape Town highlights - Kalk Bay, Simonstown, Cape Point, Noordhoek, Constantia Vineyards ...... to name a few. Our room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished with a gorgeous bathroom complete with luxury toiletries, and a delightful balcony with views of the quaint and pretty town that is Fish Hoek. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful - hard to choose!! It was our second visit, and certainly won't be our last! Host Anita is a delightful and kind host, going out of her way to make her guests comfortable and happy, and offering much info regarding interesting places all around Cape Town."

"We liked absolutely everything. This is a classy boutique guest house at an affordable price. Our room was huge, beautifully furnished, squeakly clean, and had a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best that we've ever had anywhere -- a large fruit plate, fruit juice, cereals and granola, yogurt, eggs to order with bacon or sausage, toast, plus various yummies like croissants, muffins, and milk tarts, a South African speciality. The owner and hostess, Anita, is super friendly, engaging, informative, and helpful. We really enjoyed our chats with her. The WiFi is excellent. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential area just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fish Hoek beach where you can alternate between swimming and quaffing a pint of cold beer in your swim trunks and bare feet at The Galley, an outdoor restaurant right on the beach. Farther afield, the location is also great for exploring the towns and sights of the Cape Peninsula using Uber and Bolt (rides are readily available and very inexpensive). We stayed at A Tuscan Villa for 4 nights but wish it had been 4 weeks. We will consider ourselves fortunate if we ever have the opportunity to return there."
