Hotel SempreFisterra ★★★
"Very good location and noce stuff"
Hotel Costa da Morte ★★
"5/5 Fantastiskt Vi stayed at Hotel Costa da Morte for almost three weeks and felt at home. When we checked in we were surprised with an upgrade and got rooms med balcony and sea view. The rooms were clean and fresh, with comfortable beds. What a luxury to have fresh beds and towels at the end of a beach day. The breakfast was delicious and we got a little extra surprise and variation each morning, sometimes French toast, sometimes cakes from the family bakery round the corner. The staff was extraordinary kind and helpful. Eloy, the owner, provided us with recommendations about what to see or do and where to eat (excellent restaurant recommendations!). He helped us booking a moonshine boat trip with Julio and helped booking restaurants. The day we checked out we had to leave very early and the prepared breakfast-to-go for us. It was a fantastic stay and we can only recommend this hotel."
HOTEL ANCORA ★
"Like some of reviwers have said, the room was decorated with flowers and towel-swans and there was flowers in the bathroom also. The bed had a net over it. Well, I didn't mind! It made me smile - I walked the Camino and after having some awful experiences too and after sleeping in one room and sharing toilet and shower with several people this room had a very comfy bed, nice colours, toilet and hot shower only for me and it was clean. That's all that matters! How much are you staying in your room anyway? Also, I loved the pictures in the hall - they were peacful. Breakfast was more European-style than other places I had stayed - toast, jams, butter, fruits, yogurth, pastries (not home made), juice, coffee, tea, cereals. The usual "I don't speak Spanish, they don't speak English" makes communicating a little bit hard. I thought that I booked a room with a bath but there wasn't one and I didn't remember that well did I or didn't I and I did not want to go ask because they didn't undrestand me when I was checking in and asked if there was a bath or shower and got for an answer that there is and it's very big. Probably they were talking about the bed... altough I was showing with my hands shower and bath. Oh well, didn't bother me that much anyway, that's just how the language is there. And my memory. The restaurant was quite expensive. But walking to the lighthouse is just on that road, supermercado and bars are also near. Beach is about 10-15 minutes of walking."
Hotel Vida Finisterre Centro ★★
"On Thursday, August 1, 2024, we recently stayed at the Hotel Vida Finisterre, a truly magical place located at what was once believed to be the end of the world. This corner of Galicia is steeped in history and spirituality, being the final stop for many pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, who choose to conclude their journey in this picturesque town overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel proved to be an excellent choice: welcoming and well-maintained. The atmosphere is that of a timeless place, where wild nature meets ancient history. Another aspect that struck us was the kindness and hospitality of the locals, who immediately made us feel at home. Although the sea water was very cold, we treated ourselves to a refreshing swim, an experience that perfectly rounded out our stay. In short, the Hotel Vida Finisterre is a gem of Galicia, ideal for those seeking an authentic experience, immersed in nature and history. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something unique! For one night with B&B in a double room we spent 93 euros!"
