Blu Hotel Natura & Spa - Adults Only ★★★★

"Terrible service during breakfast and dinner. Only one waiter to take orders on approx 30 tables. And everything would be okay if he wouldn’t stop and talk with his friends. We waited over 30min to get asked what will we eat and that is only after we stoped him and then after appetizers we waited 50min for the next course. The food that came was cold and prepared over few hours ago (not even a curtosy heating up in a microwave that bad restaurants do). The salad table is self service but it is served in small batches so 4 people take all the salad and then you wait for them to “refill” which takes few minutes. It is the same case with the breakfast. It starts from 7:30 am but if you want to have scrambled eggs you have to wait until 8am because it is not coming out. The rooms are also a story for itself. We paid two identical rooms and got two very different ones, one bigger the other smaller in the corner. Cleaning service is great but our room is much larger and better then the other that we paid for. I’m sharing a picture of the main course in the review to see what I’m talking about."

"The hotel was very friendly and very friendly and the staff was very friendly and very friendly. The kitchen is excellent, really tasty and it is noticed that they are made at home. Breakfast top, there is everything, the cakes made by Greta are spacious. It doesn't seem to be a hotel, it's like you've been a guest at the owners' house, which are in any sector at any time. If you look for a hotel of those with director, counsel, hotel master and what else you lose. They have a mad but very casual professionalism, it's the good thing, it's like being at home but served greatly, and we're just interesting as people, artists born in the true sense of the word. Masters are snowboarding, pilots of alliances, mother is a swinger who makes shirts in cashmere, father creates giant wooden aeromodels that are hanging on the restaurant. At the bar they make gin tonic, spritz of all kinds, not only with aperol and campers but with select, a bitter called tenace, another cynic called. I mean, here is a little of everything, and a golf simulator that if they have time, they try to who is not able to assign. I forgot, we were in winter, in summer they also have tennis campsites mentioned for the great private parking in front of the hotel. Then there's more but I've already written too much. Next boys! We're going back."

The neighborhood makes many festivities mainly in the evening. The landscape of the leaves is beautiful. The spa is a jewelry. Food is typical and refined but if you don't like it can be very good to order pasta or rice in white"

"We stayed in the superior room 6 days beginning of January 26. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Cleaning ladies are doing great job. Breakfast is excellent very tasty food. Great coffee. Location is excellent, few meters from the ski slopes. All members of the staff very pleasant and supportive. We’ll come back for sure."

Golf Hotel ★★★★

"Hotel in front of the ski lifts and ski rental. Very comfortable. Warm rooms. Large and well-kept family room. Fairly warm and large pool...very busy in the afternoon hours on weekends. Only observation: the room was given to us at around 3.20 pm, therefore beyond the maximum time (already ample) indicated in the reservation. For the rest, everything is ok. Clean and the food is good with a children's menu and a good buffet. Perhaps the dessert offer could be improved."
