"Front desk personnel were great. Room and hotel itself need help. Room had a very strong smell. Like pet odor and someone tried to overpower it with strong cleaner. Furniture is very worn. No bar soap at bathroom sink, no shampoo in shower, no suitcase rack, no plastic bag in closet, used blanket on couch before we’d sit on it, phone didn’t work, tv internet was awful. Front desk said it’s not worked right since some storm came through. I stay at Marriott to be able to watch Netflix etc. Could not do it. Very few tv channels came in. "
