"I will stay here again, despite the issues I had at the restaurant and in the room. It is far better than the Double Tree next door, where I have stayed numerous times. Most of the people on the desk were pleasant to deal with. The hotel needs to remember the main thing they are selling is service and clean rooms/amenities. They didn't fully meet expectations, unfortunately. Maybe next time, as this is a convenient spot for me."
