"It was a business in Sachsen, I booked online and read that only until 20.00 clock is possible personal check-in. When I was on the site at 10.00 morning personally and wanted to explain to the unfriendly lady that I was only coming after 20.00, I was referred to the machines and received no help but rather sent away. No W-lan in the house! No air conditioning! With 60 in ne bathtub rising and shower is not fun. Except breakfast and dinner with friendly staff in the local, was actually too expensive for the performance."

The location in Freiberg is highly attractive and convenient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is slow or has limited speed, which is quite common in Germany. Nevertheless, we would return at any time and can truly recommend this hotel."

"I went with my friend to see a gig at the hotel and I absolutely loved my time there. The staff are lovely and there is a family atmosphere about the place. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. The food was really good and the chef, Sascha, was exceptionally helpful, dealing with any request that came in. If you have a young family with you, there is a new play park at the rear of the hotel. The kids would also like to go and see the horses, goats and cows that they have on their grounds. If you want a relaxing break, there are many walks to be taken, if that is what you like. The town of Freiberg is only a short drive away, and it is a lovely town to walk around. I loved my stay at this hotel and, hopefully, I shall be back again."
