"The fire suppression system malfunctioned at 7:00 AM, forcing all guests to evacuate their rooms. This could have been handled individually with the guest responsible for the smoke in their room, had there been no fire. We found damage in the room, even though everything seemed quite new. On our last morning, despite being informed that our checkout time was 11:00 AM, cleaning staff knocked on our door and entered the room at 9:00 AM without waiting for an answer, interrupting our sleep and disregarding their own instructions. Later, they continued making noise in the adjoining rooms, both during cleaning and maintenance, and even drilled holes early in the morning. The acoustics in the rooms are terrible; you can hear every noise from the street, the hallway, and the other rooms. A stay we would never repeat."
