"Overall, the stay was good. Here are some honest impressions: The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the government building, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The surrounding area is also quiet, with minimal noise at night. The room size is just right, not cramped even for two people. The bedding is clean and soft, making it very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and toiletries and disposable slippers are provided. Hot water is plentiful, so there's no waiting for a shower. The front desk staff are very friendly, handling check-in and check-out quickly, and patiently answering any questions without being perfunctory. The room is very clean; there's no dust on the floor or table, and even the corners are cleaned. They tidy up promptly each day upon returning home, changing the towels and trash bags."

"This luxury wild hotel definitely deserves a perfect score! The villa rooms are spacious and spotless, complete with a living room. The balcony even has a barbecue grill, and all the facilities are brand new. Breakfast is individually served and very substantial. The hotel includes tickets to the Sea Devil City, which is a great bonus. Unfortunately, the weather turned cold and windy with rain yesterday, so I couldn't visit. Next time I come back to Northern Xinjiang, I'll definitely stay here again."

"The lack of a power outlet by the bed and only two USB ports is a major drawback; many data cables no longer use USB ports. It would be better if the room key had the room number on it. I want to address the room key issue. We had two children and booked two rooms, one for the children and one for the children. I said we needed three cards: the children's key needed to be in my possession because I needed to check on them at night, and a power card. The front desk demanded a 50 yuan deposit, saying they were worried about losing them. These key cards only cost a few yuan to make; if I actually lost them, would they deduct 50 yuan from my account? Who would want your key cards? I've never encountered this problem with room keys when traveling with children every year. They really need to improve the training for the front desk staff. Of course, if you say it's the hotel's management policy, then you're right."

There was a strong smell when I entered; I don't know if it was from a lack of ventilation or the smell of renovations. The hotel didn't have heating yet, and the central air conditioning could only cool, making the room extremely cold. The front desk didn't have any solutions either. I caught a cold the next day. I hope the hotel can turn on the heating soon."

"We are traveling together as a family. The Golden Coast of Ulungu Lake here is beautiful. Because we have two 1-year-old children with us, we are very cautious when booking the hotel. I have repeatedly confirmed with the hotel whether the quadruple room is One large bed and two single beds. The staff also made it clear on the phone that this was indeed the layout. However, when the family went to the front desk to check in, the staff assigned four single beds (the child was too young and slept in single beds. It will go down). I originally wanted to negotiate with the staff whether I could change to another room type. The front desk staff had a bad attitude and said that the hotel only had four single beds. In desperation, I had no choice but to change to this hotel. We checked into the hotel opposite and saw that we were about to check out. The staff was a little panicked and said that they could change to other room types (the staff had a bad attitude and needed to be trained on internal matters of the hotel). In addition, the three large beds we booked There was a problem with the toilet in one of the bathrooms in the room, and there was no water supply. The attitude of the front desk staff at night was not very good, including the chef in the breakfast area who was also very impatient. He asked ”where to put the spoon” and responded extremely impatiently. .
