Kuretake-Inn Fujisan ★★★
"Good clean and can see fuji view🥰"
Dadu Fuji Resort Hot Spring ★★★★
"Since we were the only guests, there was no air conditioning in the building. We were probably automatically upgraded to a larger room with a great view of Mt. Fuji, but the air conditioning in that room was small and didn't heat up at all. We contacted the front desk and they brought a spare kerosene fan heater, but it wasn't enough to heat the room, so we spent the night in a cold room. The large public bath was also large, but the water was lukewarm, so we had to bear it. I'm sure the air conditioning and the bath water volume would increase if there were more guests, but if you're planning to stay, I recommend early spring or late autumn when you won't be relying on air conditioning. The good thing about this hotel is that the view of Mt. Fuji is amazing (although a nearby steel tower gets in the way), and the views of Mt. Fuji at dusk and early morning were spectacular."
HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Fuji Ekimae ★★★
"I made a mistake when booking the hotel, thinking that Fuji Station was close to Mount Fuji, but it turns out they're completely unrelated. Since the price was cheap and I couldn't cancel, I just dealt with it. Everyone, when booking a hotel, please make sure to check the exact location on the map."
Kinoya Hostel ★★
"Very nice host. Good bath."
AB Hotel Fuji ★★★
"Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, and great value. The parking was very convenient, and seeing Mt. Fuji made the stay even more special. We had a very comfortable stay."
Hotel Grand Fuji ★★★★
"A very good place to stay with before starting your journey to the Mt Fuji and its surrounding areas. Steps to/from the JR station. On Floor 4 of North Building, there is a lookout to view the amazing Fuji mountain given the weather is clear. Nice local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance from the hotel. The only point of demerit is that the hotel has no laundry facilities which means you have to carry your laundry basket to the nearby laundry facilities which is 200-300m away. Overall I would rate it 4 star."
Toyoko Inn Shin-fuji-eki Minami-guchi ★★★
"Toyoko Inn is always my go to no-frills hotel for trips in Japan. Hotels are usually conveniently located near stations. Rooms are clean and all amenities are sufficient for a good night’s rest. Free breakfast, while simple, is a great touch."
Hotel Nishimura ★★★
"The hotel was amazing! Staff were so friendly and the views of Mt Fuji was incredible Super impressed!"
Super Hotel Jr Fujiekimae Kinenkan ★★★
"The accommodation is good, right next to Fuji Station, making travel convenient. The view is great; you can even see Mount Fuji from the room. The only downside is that the pillows are a bit too hard."

Tabist Hotel New Central
"I stayed at this hotel for four nights in January and everything was truly excellent. The location is perfect – central yet quiet, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to help with recommendations and small requests. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the bathroom modern and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The on-site restaurant served delicious dinners at reasonable prices. Overall, everything was exactly as it should be – no complaints at all. Great value for money and a really pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
Hotel Nishi in Fujisan
"You can see Mount Fuji, there's a public bath, and the breakfast is delicious."
Tabist Yuen No Yado Fujimi
"The service was good and the explanations were thorough, so it was a comfortable stay. The foot bath was especially good, the temperature was just right and the scenery was beautiful, so it was a lot of fun."
Taiya Ryokan
"Among traditional Japanese-style accommodations, this is the best I’ve found. The owner is very friendly; he doesn’t speak English, but happily uses a translator and is always helpful. The house is old, which gives it real character, with all the small details of Japanese tradition and even a proper hot bath. A beautiful, authentic experience."
SUPER HOTEL JR Fuji Station Honkan
"The accommodation is good, clean, comfortable, and the rooms are new and convenient with parking available. There's a small restaurant near the hotel that serves incredibly delicious food. The eel rice and charcoal-grilled chicken rice are exceptionally tasty. Although it's next to the train tracks, the soundproofing is excellent; I slept so soundly I lost track of time."
Arcade Hotel
MR TOMO FUJI
"The check-in and check-out process was difficult and challenging, but the room was spacious and the toilet and bathroom were separate, which was great for families! When we tried to push the beds together, the floor was covered in dust and there was trash and belongings left behind by previous guests. The location was also good, with supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, which was nice."
Guest House Nomura
"Overall, it was very large, convenient, and the toilet and bathroom were completely separate. The air conditioning worked fine, there was a microwave, and a large bed. However, there was karaoke next door, which wasn't mentioned on trip.com, and that's complete nonsense. Why should I have to endure someone partying all night, yelling loudly into a microphone, and so on, literally right next door? I didn't even know how to deal with it. It was so loud. The owner said it was mentioned on the website, but no, in fact, it wasn't. "
Business Hotel AMS
"It takes 10 minutes to take a straight road back to the hotel from Shin-Fuji Station. The original road is all residential. It takes about 6 minutes to walk through a small road to reach 7. It is quite dark when you go back at night. The room is right next to the railway and it is noisy. The owner only speaks English. Although you don't understand the language, the service will try its best to help you"
Fuji Park Hotel
"The room is small, the facilities feel old, and there is hardly any service to speak of."
Fuji Life House
"It's an entire house with 3 bedrooms, very comfortable and ideal for a trip where you rent a car to explore around Mount Fuji. The price is good because it's a new property."
