"I have an ESA that we travel with constantly. When checking in I was 1st asked WHAT MEDICAL CONDITION my ESA SUPPORTED; this is a blatant violation of the National HIPA Act. 2nd, when I responded with that I was told that Alabama did not require their hotels to honor the ESA and further dismissed the HIPA violation. We will not return and will be sure to make the public aware of this treatment."

"Facilities and room were clean, staff was pleasant. Building is a bit dated but we weren’t looking for a resort experience just for one night. Price is right. Breakfast offerings were sparse, no eggs but we got down a little late. There had clearly been a crowd there before us."

"The hotel's location, facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, and room size are all excellent. There was a slight musty smell in the hallway and rooms, but it didn't bother us. Overall, it's a very good choice with high cost-performance. Highly recommended!"
