"We were there, for a week, as part of a larger group with trips on most of the days. Our room (311, in the building slightly detached from the main hotel) was spacious and had a decent-sized balcony with good sun exposure (not all rooms had both). We were there half-board and the food was quite good and varied, though the hot offering for breakfast was quite poor, deserts were outstanding. I also had an excellent massage treatment. About 10 mins walk to the town centre, no huge restaurant choice and the area overall was quiet, the Italians appear to give up on the sun spots by mid-September. Would most definitely stay there again."

"I stayed here 2 nights with my husband and our 4-year-old son. The hotel is located near the Canal Port of Gabicce Mare that leads to Catholica and the beach. extremely friendly and friendly staff. The road on the channel port offers the embarrassment of the choice of dining rooms and the manager has provided us with several visit tickets to get a percentage discount on lunches and dinners. The room was clean and equipped with all comforts, although not recently rented and renovated. Breakfast is very good and rich, both sweet and salty. If you are on the way here, this hotel is for you!"

"I was there for New Year's Eve, very dirty and indecent rooms. Terrible quality of food, never had such a bad meal in a 4 star hotel. And go to the beach and eat fried chicken or defrosted fried fish. Lots of sequins, but the quality is totally absent"

"For the fourth year in a row we made a few days of holiday at the Hotel Palace. We love all of this hotel! The wonderful, a little upright and out of the country (a walk in a moment) enables peace, quiet and quiet. The rooms are very spacious, with balcony, and bathroom with large shower space, and we love the bar space, a fresh and clean corner from the street, where you end the evening before you go to the room. The kitchen this year was improved and we always had a good food, but the buffet was served by the servers, this is the top hygiene point of view, even though it slows the timetable for lunch and dinner a little. It is quite different, even breakfast, but the true strength is staff: gentleness, courtesy, customer attention, starting from Elena to all the others. I would like to mention a fact, for example: meals need a quite cold bottle of water, but since I love very cold water, when I sat, I asked the barmaid if I could have ice. After the third time, when I came to the table, I had already found the glass with ice: great attention to the client and kindness by the girl in the bar, little things that they say so much. I conclude by saying that the prices are normal, perhaps a little high the price of the parking in the structure, but you know, the comforts are paying."

They were consistently welcoming, attentive, and quick to assist with every request, making me feel truly valued. A special thank you to Stephania from the kitchen service for preparing the most delicious cappuccinos. Her kindness and attention to detail added a lovely personal touch to my mornings. Marcello from the night staff also deserves recognition for his gracious and attentive service. He was always courteous, thoughtful, and proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. I also greatly appreciated Irina, the housekeeper, for her diligent and thorough cleaning of my room. Her attention to detail contributed greatly to my comfort. It is clear that the entire team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests.
