New structure, very beautiful, modern apartments with kitchen, very well furnished and tasteful. Price not high in relation to the quality. Excellent starting point for visiting Kazbegi. "Hotel as a place, not bad, but in complex with attitude, atmosphere 3 out of 10. Room was nice, but very noisy. From 7-8 morning I was feeling like i sleep outside. Not soundproof at all. In restaurant I got dry pork meat, which have to be impossible with dry potato and potato wa cold, meat hot, but it’s dish which have to be cooking together meat and potatoes. Not much choices of food in restaurant, and almost don’t have georgian cuisine. If I go to Georgia, for sure I wanna try Georgia cuisine, pizza I can eat everywhere. Restaurant supposed to work till 12pm, Food u can order till 11pm. We came at 10.45pm to the restaurant, staff said it’s too late to order food, but same time light was open everywhere and restaurant was prepared for close. Even drinks it’s was impossible to get with this cleaning and closing atmosphere. One receptionist said he is don’t care about guests in the hotel, and he is only receptionist. Then I don’t understand what he is doing in hospitality, he has to change job in this case. Only one receptionist was so cool, he is speaking only georgian language and English. So bad that I don’t know any names of them. Some of staff in spa, so rude. The way she is talking and acting. The only one amazing thing from the hotel, it’s swimming pool outdoors, but even it from 9pm, staff close heater. For my question why? They start to make from me stupid and said that weather outside getting more cold, that’s why cold pool. It’s was only -6, then when it’s will be -15, it’s will be ice in jacuzzi with hot water?I felt that water from pipe coming cold. And this was same during 2 days, 9pm close heater. I have feeling like owner has amazing big hotel with a lot of activities, but he doesn’t know how to make businesses and choosing staff. In this hotel amazing only swimming pool, but to pay big money only cos of this, I don’t think it’s have a sense. I hope u will make some work with staff and u will fix all this minuses. All atmosphere starts from the staff and attitude. U can have most amazing place in the world, but if u have a pure service, people will not comeback to this place and will not recommend it to no one. Best of luck. Everything only by facts."

"The room was freezing when we entered the apartment, even though we have called 4 times from the road as we have been 8 hours driving, we called and warned that we would have late check in, kids have been very tired, we enter the room and there was no heating switched on, they did not care about us arriving late and did not get the house warm up. breakfast Terrible, very poor, not tasty WiFi very poor the location is perfect"

"We had such a blast, we were a big group of 30+. Irekli (the owner) made sure we were set with everything, great breakfast, amazing ski equipment, karaoke, shuttles to the mountain at our convenience. Not to mention great facilities and warm home-like environment with fantastic and kind staff. A must must must if you plan on coming to Gudauri!! Thank you Good Aura!"
