"The service was incredibly inflexible. Having stayed at Hanting hotels for six or seven years, this was the first time I'd encountered such unresponsive staff. My colleague booked a room in advance, unaware that construction was underway outside. Construction started at 6 AM, making a huge racket. We were woken up at 6 AM three days in a row, and there were no earplugs or anything (other Hanting hotels usually inform guests in advance, or provide earplugs in the room, and even leave a small note reminding them). They didn't coordinate a room change, and the front desk didn't mention it was a noisy room beforehand. It drove them crazy. I booked a room that was noisy at night; basically, this hotel is noisy both at night and in the morning."
