"First of all this is NOT a Candlewood Suites. Western Slopes Suites????? See picture. Totally not worth what we paid. Our room was clean, but the TV/cable did not work regardless of attempts to reset satellite etc per instruction. Only 1 staff person at front desk & always busy when calling or going down to report/get help. We finally gave up. The common areas & stairwell had a foul old cigarette smoke smell, needed vacuuming & overall wipe down. The elevator had smudges & who knows what smeared on the keypad, sliding door & walls (inside & out). We left at 0820 the following morning & front desk closed, no fresh coffee in lobby at 0700 as promised upon check in. People asking us upon leaving if they had seen staff, NO."
