The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"

"The hotel is superb. The location, the ambience, car park, staff, food (breakfast), and especially the pool and jacuzzi. The water quite hot for the javuzzi, but if can be hotter it will be good. For the room, a little bit small and the queen size bed is a minus for my perspective. Overall for my family and me, we love our vacation and stayed in this hotel, and recommend this hotel to someone to plan visiting Garut"
