"A terrible, cheap 1-star hostel, not a 3-star hotel and certainly not a villa. The photos are very deceptive since it is the worst hotel in Indonesia. The area is an old industrial area of Garut with no restaurants or shopping area. The bed is very old sagging and smelly that gives you a backache. The furniture are old, smelly and falling apart. There is no ventilation or cool air since hotel is enclosed. The bathroom is open so that mosquitos and bugs can enter freely. The room has a very old and small 19' TV that has only few channel and poor reception. The only guests are old local men who are smoking in the pool area since the rooms are terrible. I had to leave after 15 minutes since I could not stay there longer; it felt more like a jail than a hotel. I decided to give up my payment since the hotel did not give a refund. What a nightmare and it is not worth the cheap price you pay since you will be guaranteed a terrible experience. The hotel feel like a 50 year old abandoned building."

"For the size of the cottage, the facilities are sufficient, but due to poor maintenance, many of the cottages are damaged, such as the card door not working, the heater not heating up for a short time, and the electricity that sometimes goes out. The beach is also a relatively short walk out, further than the surrounding hotels that are beachfront. The swimming pool and restaurant are not functioning and are not well maintained."

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"

"See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying "save water for the next generation". But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!"
