"The room was clean, and the AC was ice-cold. All the staff, from security to reception, gardeners, and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly. The warm pool was absolutely fantastic, complemented by an unbeatable view! My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps add more variety to the breakfast menu rotation and the live cooking stations. During our two-day stay, the buffet items were almost identical on both the first and second days."

"Honestly, if I go to Garut, I will stay here again, it turns out it's worth it, next time I come here it's better with friends or family, it will be really fun even though the location is quite far from the city, but the journey there is that exciting, plantations on the right and left, and surrounded by the best mountains. Ehh, just a little input yesterday when I checked in, I met the female guard, it seemed like there was a lack of communication, she just gave me the key and then told me what villa number was, that's all, it's better to explain the rules, it would be nicer, the shower is really small, maybe it can be fixed or replaced, thank you"

"A Perfect Stay: Clean, Central, and Great Food I recently stayed at Mecure Garut and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's central location is a huge plus, making it easy to walk everywhere and being right next to the shopping mall was incredibly convenient. My room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were amazing—truly very good, attentive, and quick to assist with any request. Finally, don't skip the breakfast! It was extensive, fresh, and a very enjoyable start to the day. This hotel is a winner!"

"rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet."

"Came to this hotels on my new year holiday, the place is really pretty, the ambience is feels like you were at your grandma villages, the services and foods is great!, the pool is not a hot spring, but that's fine, because this place is near from Cipanas and even if you want to go to darajat pass... also the restaurant's food is really good, we love the nasi liwet ayam bakar and nasi goreng menggila pedas, so if you wanna go for a family trip, with your couple or a solo staycation, this is one of the great recommendation, and just a little information, for the hotels, we have to walk over a couples of stairs, so if you have a disabilty such as wearing a walkchair, i think it's not your best rec."

"The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut."

"the seaside love heulang inn is really good!the hygiene is really ok,the rooms are clean and comfortable.the facilities are also complete and everything can be used well without any barriers. The hotel staff are friendly, kind and responsive if we need help. The service is really satisfactory. Anyway, it is very recommended for those who want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere of the beach comfortably. Definitely want to come back here again!"

"If you prefer to stay not in city center of Garut, this hotel is suitable for you. You will be surrounded by mountain and paddy fields’ view. This hotel has 2 main buildings. Each buildings has their own heated pool. So, you can enjoy night swim without worry. They also serve afternoon tea, and while you are waiting check in process, they will serve you snack and complimentary drinks. Breakfast menu has decent varieties. They have EV charging station at parking area. Cleanliness at hotel, no complaint at all."
