Spa hotels in Garut Regency

"This was my first time here, and I was very disappointed because my special request for side-by-side rooms, made when booking, was not fulfilled. My wife and I were given a twin-bed room (separate beds), and my children's room was about six rooms away, although on the same floor. I was extremely disappointed and furious with the hotel receptionist who could only apologize, stating that the request had been communicated to the booking platform. I even asked for proof via email or correspondence between the hotel and the platform, considering my booking was made two weeks ago. However, there was still no solution; she could only promise a room change for the next day. So, we checked into our rooms feeling very emotional. The next day, around 1 PM, I was informed that we could move to the room next to my children's. In the afternoon, after returning to the hotel, I proceeded with the room change. I am very disappointed with this kind of situation; my mood for a relaxing trip in Garut was ruined by what happened at the hotel. My request wasn't unusual or unreasonable at all. What I can't understand is why the hotel gave me two twin rooms, without considering that we are a family. At the very least, they could have given one double and one twin. The hotel's location is quite strategic, being in the center of Garut, but don't expect the hotel to have much empathy for its guests.
