"We stayed there for 2 nights. We booked deluxe room We are family of 4, at the time of booking we were told that there will be a sofa cum bed, but there was a sofa not sofa cum bed. We asked them if they can accommodate us in two rooms they denied. So instead of living three nights we left in 2 nights. And when we checkout and they asked for reason we said rooms were not comfortable, they said we can give you two rooms now. So since we have already made reservations at another hotel we couldn't stay here any more. Washrooms did had any hooks behind the door to hang clothes."

"The problem started at reception. It turned out that the room we booked was given to someone else who checked in 10 minutes before us. After that, we waited 40 minutes with our children in tow for our room assignment, then another 20 minutes for it to be cleaned. It turned out we were supposed to check in at 2:00 PM, but in reality, we weren't able to check in until 4:00 PM. The room wasn't cleaned perfectly; there were leftovers from the previous guests in the refrigerator. We went to the pool, swam, and so on. Everything was fine. In the evening, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The waiter came to us 20 minutes after I objected to anyone coming to take our order. Thank God, the waiter was good. Overall, my impression of the hotel isn't the best, as I think I ruined my day off. The hotel is generally not bad, but the staff and service are terrible."
