"Initially our experience was quite good. The Inn is very close to the Grand Mosque - maybe 100meters - via the back entrance. However on Eid morning I got up before 4am to find that the water was not hot. By 6am still no hot water. I contacted the hotel reception and after backward and forwards and changing stories, we still had no water at 07h45 when it was time to go for Eid Prayer. We came especially to experience the Eid in Shadian and everything was spoilt on Eid morning making for a bad experience. We are very disappointed. Even after the Eid prayer and up to check out time (12pm) there was still no hot water. Now we are spending Eid in Shadinfana without even having had a shower. Awful!"
