"A very nice hotell with a good location in Solden. A good breakfast buffet included in the price. Parking in the garage for 8 euro. A nice room with a balcony. Since it was summer, some of the restaurants and shops where closed. But there is a god restaurant at the hotel. The hotel gave us the summercard, and with that we could take alle the gondols for free, and that was really a positive thing for us when go hiking. The reception was helpful and serviceminded. We will absolutely recomend this hotel when visit Solden."

"Beautiful location, but the hotel needs serious maintenance and better service The hotel is in a stunning spot in the Alps with breathtaking views, and the overall design is stylish. However, it’s clear that the property is getting worn out: the door handle in the bathroom is loose, and the shower holder is unstable. The breakfast was good, which is a plus. But the windows on the winter terrace haven’t been cleaned in a long time — it’s a shame because the views are amazing. We stayed in room 205, which felt more like staff quarters: it’s located right above the restaurant and below the terrace where kids were running around. Windows are tiny. There was a strong smell of restaurant food in the room. When we reported this at reception, the only suggestion we got was to open the window. This really shows the level of service and staff attitude. There are many excellent hotels in the area — I’d strongly recommend looking for another one."

"Stayed at Edelweiss for 4 nights with my daughter as we came on a last minute ski trip. Location to the main ski lift and all the ski hire shops was brilliant. The room was quite compact, but was well priced, warm, very clean with a great shower. The included breakfast was lovely. There are big plans to redevelop the property this year, which look greatand will address the lack of a bar and a cup of tea at the end of the day, which we missed. The hosts, Ann-Kathrin & Emanuel, could not have been more helpful and helped us get the most out of the resort, as we had not visited Solden before. I would highly recommend Pension Edelweiss and we look forward to returning."
