"The issue I had here was with housekeeping. On the first day, they kept knocking, wanting to clean my room, and I eventually allowed them in even if I wanted to rest. On the second day, they disturbed me again while I was asleep early in the morning. I opened the door in my bath towel and told them to come back later, but they still insisted on entering to check the mini-fridge. This lack of respect for privacy was horrible and completely ruined my stay."

"When you turn off the main road and it’s a wet and bumpy ride to these villas. Once you get there, there’s no staff around so you have to wait. You are required to put a deposit. When you try and collect your deposit, there’s nobody around to give it back to you. I really wasn’t impressed with this place. Keep looking, I know you can do much better for the price they charge, which is too much. "

"My wife and I love going to the beach. It always have been our go to place and we usually go to places like San Juan La Union, Batabgas and Boracay. We have always wanted to go to Siargao and luckily we were able to push through this year, as this trip is a special one given that were celebrating her birthday. We have heard and seen plenty of good reviews and recommendations with Bravo, and they did not disappoint. The service is impeccable and without a doubt, something that is noteworthy and this is coming from a fellow hospitality professional. I have made preparations ahead of time, requesting small surprises for my wife during our arrival and the Front Desk is really accommodating and responsive. We have received a very warm welcome upon our arrival by the Front Desk Team, Dans, Shiela, Jar and Carla, with all their smiles. Not to mention both our friendly drivers, Kuya Nesen and Kuya Kevin, who were both very friendly and ensured there were no dull moments during our airport transfers. The rooms were awesome, it was very homy and well designed. My wife loved the shower room haha. It was well kept and cleaned, thanks to the housekeepers. Is also like to give a special shoutout to your Front Desk team. They have been very helpful with as simple as providing directions here and there, and recommendations on the must try places to eat, which was a key factor for us first timers. Our stay was even made special with the assistance in the cake surprise for my wife which she lover. Btw, your banofee cake rocks!!! All in all, we have truly enjoyed our stay and it was a memorable first experience for us, even made special with the service and warm welcome by the entire team, especially the Front Desk. Bravo is highly recommended and we will definitely be coming back!"

"Newly built. Clean and tidy. No swimming pool or dining area. Quiet area, a little out of town. They have not finish building some part of the hotel, so expect some smell paint and noise in the morning as the workers come around. Expect some missing stuff in the room, just request at the front desk. Rental for tuk tuk, motorbikes, and van available on site. Front desk lady is very friendly."
