"Hotel is not close to anything. Need to drive 5-10 minutes to the closest village for food etc. but it’s a very pretty seaside village. Room is ok. Need to have better shower drainage. Planning of the hotel is just not very thoughtful. Should have one funicular on both sides of this large hotel. The changing room for the swimming pool is like a 5 minutes walk away. Doesn’t make sense. And why did they put so much salt in the pool? Restaurant food was very mediocre and service was slow. So many hotel choices in Crete and this is definitely not the best."

"Stayed for 10 days as a group of 7. The hotel was very clean, hotel staff very friendly, we spent most of the time at the new pool which is lovely, and Alexander the bar man was very friendly and welcoming and made amazing cocktails! He made the atmosphere at the pool lively and fun!"

"Just back from a two week trip at the Panorama. Absolutely loved it. Big shout out to the Animation team who kept our kids busy (and me) , the music festival, the colour party and beach party were massive highlights as well as the theatre shows (some shows arent for everyones liking but the team put a lot of effort into them). Big Shout out to Zoe who ran the Dolphins kids club as well as the rest of the team. Ivan, Emilias, Bobby, Anna, Anastasia, Staycee ,Oreole and the legend that is Tony Macaroni 🤣 you guys literally made our holiday The room was lovley, food at the buffet and restaurant was bang on. All the pools were lovley and was never an issue getting a sunbed however you have to get one before 9am as there won't be many prime spots left. If you like snorkeling the coves are excellent, plenty to see , fish , crabs, octopus etc My only gripe with the whole place was the lobby bar. Table service is too slow and if you go to the bar yourself you are just directed back to your seat for table service depending on who you speak to. Other wise a great stay. We will be back Oh yeah, the sunsets are just stunning!! See ya soon"

"The outdoor area is aesthetically pleasing. That's all the positives. Starting with the room, a stable: unkempt, dirty, with a musty smell, broken stairs, an unusable bathtub, dark, full of insects, a rusty, unusable stove, plaster walls, and a creaking floor left the impression of an overall unstable and dilapidated building. The service was also poor: the television in the room was there but broken and wasn't repaired upon request. At 10 a.m. sharp, the food was cleared away and the lights turned off in the breakfast room while we were still finishing breakfast. Upon arriving at reception, the lack of organization was immediately apparent (customer bookings written on notepads, unprofessional). The cleaning lady opened our door in the morning while we were still asleep without knocking, and items like toilet paper were only refilled upon request. As already mentioned, the complex was beautiful to look at, but there were also hygiene deficiencies. The pools were extremely dirty, and the water contaminated. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory. It was old, and the buffet consisted of leftovers from the previous day, spoiled vegetables, and inedible meat. The breakfast was okay, with a good selection (cereal, bread, ham, many types of jam, feta, vegetables). The quality here was a bit better, but not really good. In summary, the resort has the potential to be nice and live up to its 4* rating, but the implementation is lacking in terms of service, food, and hygiene. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here; in its current state, it's not even a 2* hotel."
