When I arrived on site with my family and children after a 3-hour journey, the owner simply refused to receive us. The tone rose very high, I will spare you the details of the exchange at a very low level. We left. Stay canceled and above all very embarrassed in front of my children (what message did they receive?) Concerning the manager of the agency l or d essaouira, after a few exchanges with her and promise of compensation. The next day, my calls and messages remained unanswered. One word: SCANDALOUS."

"We are a couple traveling with our 5-year-old child, and we spent an amazing time at Zayyna. We know Essaouira very well and have stayed in many different places, but this villa truly stands out. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and great attention to detail. The common areas, with a fireplace and a small bar, are very cozy and offer a panoramic, breathtaking view over the forest, with the Atlantic in the distance. The swimming pool area is gorgeous, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We especially loved our private terrace, perfectly sunny and well sheltered from the wind. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, always doing their best to make you feel at home. The spa is lovely, we enjoyed the hammam and massages, which were a real treat. We also had several dinners on site, and the food was excellent. They even organized a special Christmas menu, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. A truly memorable stay that we would highly recommend."
